An Introduction to Simpson University Athletics
Simpson College Wrestling Division 1
Simpson began its intercollegiate athletic program with a men’s basketball team in the 1950s. Today the Simpson University athletic program has a dual membership in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA). We compete in the California Pacific Conference and compete in the sports of men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross country, women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, men's wrestling, and men’s and women’s golf.

On and off the court/field we strive to show our good work ethic and character. Simpson has won the Cal Pac Sportsmanship award numerous times. This award is chosen by the conference's coaches and administrators. Simpson University has had two NCCAA National Champion teams.
